Menu at 50 euros
On Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays (and Saturdays on request), a €50 menu is available for lunch. When you order it, you’ll start your meal with a soufflé of St-Pierre de pêche, drizzled with an old sherry vinegar sauce. Your journey will then continue with a farmhouse poultry roasted in its skin, accompanied by a celery risotto with Parmesan cheese. Then, for dessert, the chefs will serve you a hot chocolate and mignardises.

Menu at 155 euros
At the same time, our Michelin-starred restaurant in Reims offers a menu for 155 euros. For this price, you can start the festivities with an amuse-bouche. This is followed by a gourmet trilogy featuring blue lobster with pear in a sweet and sour vinaigrette, blue lobster with cauliflower and citrus semolina, and semi-cooked Normandy salmon warmed with caviar.
To continue the festivities, the chefs will be serving sea bass and scallops from Brest harbour. This dish will be served with a pink berry sauce and Marennes d’Oléron oysters. Then you’ll be treated to a fillet of Alsatian venison with a blackcurrant sauce. And to round off the meal, you’ll have the chance to try a pineapple confit with citrus peel, avocado and toasted coconut, alongside a coconut sorbet and coulis. You’ll also be offered a selection of mignardises.
Shellfish menu at 185 euros
Do you particularly like seafood? Then we suggest the crustacean menu from our Michelin-starred restaurant in Reims. It starts with amuse-bouches: crab in apple jelly, celery emulsion, smoked potato emulsion with lobster and caviar. Then there’s a Breton lobster with pear, presented with a sweet and sour vinaigrette. You’ll also be served a lobster with citrus-flavoured cauliflower semolina. You’ll then continue your meal with marinated langoustines, accompanied by a caviar cream.
After that, the menu includes scallops and lobster. This is followed by langoustine ravioli with shell jus. Then we’ll present you with a lobster cooked in the shell in butter demi-seul with a lobster sauce, with local trumpets. And for dessert, get ready for a crisp raspberry chocolate mousse with raspberry sorbet. And don’t forget the mignardises!
Truffle menu at 235 euros
If you love truffles, then you don’t have to hesitate! Choose the truffle menu (Tuber Mélanosporum) from our Michelin-starred restaurant in Reims: it will delight your taste buds. It starts with a surprise truffle with foie gras, gilded in fine gold. Your gourmet meal will then continue with a celery risotto with fresh truffles and truffle cream. Dominique Giraudeau
Now a Michelin-starred chef, Dominique Giraudeau inherited his passion for gastronomy from his father. His father passed on to him the joy of shopping. Guided by this passion, Dominique went on to work in a number of renowned kitchens. After several years working at Les Crayères, he opened Le Grand Cerf, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Reims, where he works with noble products such as lobster and truffles.
Pascal Champion
Chef Pascal Champion joined forces with Dominique Giraudeau in 1998. The result is a refined cuisine rich in flavour, combining modernity and tradition. This cuisine appeals to the most demanding gourmets.
