Thanks to our cellar and the marvels it contains, embark on a journey between wines and champagnes! During your visit, don’t hesitate to meet our sommelier, Max, who will be delighted to advise you.
Champagne: a must in our beautiful region
Located in Villers-Allerand, the Grand Cerf gourmet restaurant is in the heart of the Champagne region. So how can we not talk about this famous sparkling wine when our restaurant is just a few kilometres from its capital (Épernay). As you’ll have guessed, our cellar features a wide range of champagnes (vintage, non-vintage, blanc de blancs, rosé, etc.) from a variety of houses (Deutz, Lanson, Bollinger, Mumm, etc.). You can enjoy a rosé champagne with dessert or your fish/seafood with a blanc de blancs.
From red to white, discover the wonders of our cellar
A veritable staple of French cuisine, wine goes well with many dishes, not just accompanying them, but complementing them.
Our red wines
Our cellar offers a wide range of red wines to accompany your red meat or a strong cheese. Take a trip to the Rhône with Châteauneuf du Pape, a perfect match for our ‘Truffle’ menu, or to the Loire with Sancerre, or to the Languedoc with Fitou, fruity but powerful.
Our white wines
Ideal with poultry, fish or dessert, white wine will accompany you throughout your meal. Thanks to the diversity of our cellar, we can offer dry wines as well as fruity or sweet ones. Wine lovers will find traditional wines like Alsatian Riesling or the famous Pouilly Fumé. Lovers of sweet wines can enjoy a delicious glass of Coteaux-du-Layon.
Our rosé wines
Although it’s less common than white and red wines, rosé wine is definitely available in our Michelin-starred restaurant near Reims. As an aperitif, for example, you can try Source of Joy, an organic rosé from Languedoc, or Marqués de Riscal Rosada, straight from Spain.
